About us

auctori is the trading name of AUCTORI LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17326007). We sell handmade copper jewellery, made in Manchester, United Kingdom. You can contact us at hello@auctori.co.uk.

Products

Every piece is made by hand. Small variations in hammer marks, wire coils, and finish are inherent to handmade work; no two pieces are identical, and such variation is not a defect. Product photography is representative; the piece you receive will carry its own marks.

Copper is a living metal. It darkens and develops a patina with wear, and may leave a harmless greenish mark on skin, especially in warm weather. This is a natural property of pure copper, not a fault. See our Copper Care page for details.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a pricing error is obvious. Stock counts shown on the site are live but not guaranteed until checkout completes.

Discount codes

Discount codes apply once per customer, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn at any time.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
