Shipping policy

Free shipping, worldwide. Wherever you are, delivery is on us - it is built into the price of the piece.

Every Craft of the Day piece is already finished by the time you buy it, so it ships straight away, tracked. Expect it to arrive within 3 to 5 working days (a little longer for far destinations).

You will get a confirmation email with tracking once it is on its way. If it has not arrived within 10 working days of that email (14 outside the UK), reach us via the contact page and we will chase the carrier.

Orders shipped outside the UK may be charged local import VAT or duties on delivery, set by the destination country. This is normal for anything posted from the UK and is not collected by auctori.
