Refund policy

Every auctori piece is made to order by hand. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it, and you then have 14 days to send the item back. Return postage is the buyer's responsibility. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.

To start a return, contact hello@auctori.co.uk with your order number and we will confirm the return address.

If an item is faulty, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply and we will repair, replace, or refund it.

Exchanges are subject to drop availability. Because each drop is limited, we cannot guarantee a replacement piece will still be in stock.
